A good turnout fo rthe enduro, which saw some 60+ cars out. Chevron and Brabham takign the first two overall slots, with the best overall Lotus placement Steve Grundahl in his 51A taking 7th overall which also equated to first in class. John Weinberger in his 23C took first in his class for an overall placement of of 10th with 20 laps, followed immediately by Ross Robbins who took 11th overall, also with 20 laps, for second in class after a Porsche. George Hovsepian managed to get his Seven together in time and turned up with a 7th in class but not too highly overall. A total of 3 Lotus cars (1965 23C, 1966 Elan, and 1967 51A) in the top ten finishers was not a bad showing, the only other manufacturer with more than one in the top ten would be Ford, with a pair of 1970 Mustangs. Of some 65 cars entered in all, eleven were Lotus, with about seven each of Porsche and Austin Healey in a tie for the second most common marques.
