I just obtained my Seven the day before yesterday (9/22/07). I got it by net auction very cheaply. The former owner said "not replica but LOTUS."

I had owned a Caterham ('87 GT SPRINT) but I parted with it a long time ago. Since then I had been looking for another Seven which was manufactured by Anthony Colin Bruce Chapman.

I 've obtained that Seven at last:

Model: Lotus Seven Series 2
Engine: Ford 105E COSWORTH
Restored in 2003
Colour: red (before BRG×aluminum)

I think that the frame was replaced when restored in Japan 2003. Unfortunately, the car is at a shop for about two weeks awaiting inspection (strict in Japan).

I was surprised that I am the first contact from Japan because Caterham sales in Japan are second only to UK.
