Our Lotus 7 left the factory June 18, 1963 along with four other Sprite powered RHD cars to SPAN Incorporated in Chicago. It is unknown if these were part of a race group or special class. Originally white, but I have discovered red, black and the present lighter than BRG during the restoration along with other owner modifications. This car was raced very successfully for years in The Rocky Mountain Vintage Race club until the tragic death of its last owner.

We cherish this car and its memories and hope to find out from past owners any information about its history. It will soon be out of the garage and back to the track where it belongs!
