I had an S4 for over 30 years. I bought it new from Lotus Central in Livonia. Hauled it home in my father-in-laws pickup. It was really a great car except for the dune buggy looks. I sold it about 4 years ago. I sold it to a retired Navy captain. He flew in to Toledo, I picked him up in the Seven, and he drove it back to Washington DC. He still has it. He had owned one back in the early seventies but totaled it the day he passed his flight training. He wanted another one.
