The car was located in New Jersey and I drove up to see it in November of 1985. It looked beautiful. It was just a rolling chassis with an MG Midget drivetrain included and seemed to be more or less complete (in several cardboard boxes) and sported a great paintjob. I bought it on the spot and trailered it home. Six or Seven years of work later, we had the car shown in the photo at top right (taken at Meadowbrook Concours)
